Dina Wind awarded 2019 Outstanding Artist Award

On April 4, 2019 PFAF Founder Rick Friedman presented the inaugural Philadelphia Outstanding Artist award to Dina Wind. It was accepted in her memory by her husband Jerry and son John. The award included a solo exhibition of Wind's work presented by the Bridgette Mayer Gallery.
