1985 Wind Challenge Artist
Bill Scott was born in Bryn Mwar, Pennsylvania in 1956 and studied painting at the Pennslyvania Academy of the Fine Arts from 1974 to 1978. He was also awarded the J. Henry Schiedt Memorial Traveling Scholarship in 1979 to study painting in France. Scott uses vivid colors in his abstract paintings and is inspired by both nature and his own imagination.
