1979 Wind Challenge Artist
Lydia Hunn received an MFA degree from the University of Pennsylvania after completing her undergraduate work at the University of the Arts. A member of Bricolage theater collaborative for ten years, she has taught Performance (four-dimensional design) at Drexel University since 1979. For eight years an exhibiting member of Philadelphia's first artists-run gallery, Nexus/Foundation for Today's Art, she directed Drexel University's Design Arts Gallery from 1989 to 1999. She has been an artist in residence at the Fabric Workshop in Philadelphia, a juror for the Pennsylvania State Council on the Arts, a board member of the Philadelphia Art Alliance and the Print Center of Philadelphia and currently serves on the board of Friends of Wildcat.
