2003 Wind Challenge Artist
Doina Adam earned a BFA from the School of Arts "N. Tonitz," and an MFA from the Institute of Fine Arts, both located in Bucharest, Romania. Her installations are inspired by the cycles of life and regeneration. Adam's work stems from a concern for the vulnerability of the human body and spirit. In keeping with these concepts, She uses fragile materials such as glass and ceramics to make these one of a kind installations.
