1991 Wind Challenge Artist
Stuart Shils studied at Drew University in New Jersey, Temple University, Philadelphia College of Art, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and he earned a European Traveling Scholarship through PAFA in 1981. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally.
