1989 Wind Challenge Artist
Judith Taylor earned a BA in Fine Art with an emphasis on photography and film from Pennsylvania State University and an MFA in Photography from Rhode Island School of Design. Her work was shown in solo and group exhibitions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and she was a Professor of Photography at Arcadia University for many years.
