1986 Wind Challenge Artist
Mark McCullen earned a BA in English Literature from La Salle College in Philadelphia, an MFA in Painting from University of Delaware, and a certificate from Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. McCullen received the Individual Artists Grant for Painting from PA Council on the Arts in 1990 and attended the LaNapoule Art Foundation's Artists Residency in LaNapoule, France in 1991.
