In September, 2018 Bridgette Mayer Gallery held ‘Into the Light’ a major group exhibition to fundraise for additional development of The Philly Rail Park. Two unique paintings by Dina Wind were featured in the show. The Palette Knife piece introduces the abstract expressionist surface treatment Dina would later grind into her stainless steel pieces, while the Soft Edge painting suggests the accumulation of forms later made three-dimensional in her sculptures.
