Digital Drawing Board--Fellowships 2021

Digital Drawingboard provides leaders in the creative economy with the resources and skills needed to enhance their organization’s digital presence and reimagine their offerings for virtual engagement.

Over a four-week period, participants will work alongside a cohort of creative professionals, as well as leaders in the arts and technology, to discover how to leverage technology to effectively adapt to the future of engaging audiences online. Cohort members will gain insight into how to transition to virtual programming, utilize web design and social media to tell your organization’s story, understand and fundraise with your audience, and more.

Designing Leadership--Annual Fellowships 2015-2018, 2021

Designing Leadership is Philadelphia’s premier professional development program designed for nonprofit professionals in the arts and culture sector and creative business professionals in leadership roles. Participants build their skills in key areas such as strategy, communication, power and bias, and management. With renowned local faculty who have a pulse on Philadelphia’s happenings and dozens of participants in each year’s cohort, Designing Leadership also provides an unparalleled opportunity to connect and network with a wide range of professionals across disciplines and backgrounds in the area.

Creative Xchange--Annual Fellowships 2015-2018

CreativeXchange is an interactive leadership development opportunity that will take professionals out of the world of analytical thinking and, through the creative process, begin to understand, tap into, and maximize their creative potential. This four-session program, led by Philadelphia’s top creative minds and art-makers, is specifically designed for business, legal, and technology professionals in the Greater Philadelphia Region.
