1980 Wind Challenge Artist
Ruth Locke Selzer earned her BA from Barnard College in 1966 and her MA in Art Education from Pratt University in 1969. She was also the recipient of the Fellowship at Pratt University from 1968 to 1969. Mainly working in paint, Selzer creates landscapes, figurative images, and, at times, abstraction.
