2024 Wind Challenge Artist
Lauren Pakradooni earned a a BA from Hampshire College and an MFA in Printmaking from Rhode Island School of Design. She was awarded fellowships and residencies by University of Texas at Austin, Women’s Studio Workshop, Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts, AS220, and the Virginia Commonwealth University. She produces and performs music under the moniker Tether in which she creates and manipulates cassette tape loops. Pakradooni is also the co-founder of Pressure Club, a print publishing studio and gallery in Philadelphia.
