2008-09 Wind Challenge Artist
Timothy Belknap earned a BFA from the University of Illinois and an MFA from Tyler School of Art at Temple University. He focuses his artistic energies into designing an energy-efficient vehicle of the future. As the artist himself says, "Necessity is the mother of invention, but perhaps only a distant cousin to art."
