2005 Wind Challenge Artist
Penelope Rakov earned a BFA from Alfred University and an MFA from Tyler School of Art. She builds intimate sculptures from glass and is interested in the saturated color that is reflected in glass as well as the gem like quality caught in the intimate scale of her work.
