2003 Wind Challenge Artist
Thomas Vance earned a BFA in Painting from the Cleveland Institute of Art and an MFA in Painting from Tyler School of Art at Temple University. He was awarded a Fellowship from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts twice and has been an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tyler School of Art in Foundation Drawing, 2-D Foundation Principles, and Painting Workshop since 2002.
