1999 Wind Challenge Artist
Marc Manning earned a BFA from University of the Arts. He works in a quasi-documentary style with large scale altered photographs of places or objects embellished by scratched, drawn or written marks. Manning's images are photographs of a world that appears to be photographed almost at random.
