1999 Wind Challenge Artist
Brad Johnson earned a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute and an MFA from Pennsylvania State University. He draws inspiration from natural forms and challenges himself to make ceramic art that is both beautiful and functional by dramatically altering thrown porcelain, liberating new forms from wheel-thrown objects.
