1998 Wind Challenge Artist
Matthew Courtney earned a BS in Idustrial Design from Philadelphia College of Art and an MFA in Ceramics from Kent State University. Courtney has exhibited his work across the country, participated in the Dunhuang Center for Creativity Artist Residency in Lanzhou, China 3 times, and has experience teaching at instutions like University of the Arts, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Cleveland Institute of Art among others.
