1995 Wind Challenge Artist
Mel Prest earned a BFA in Painting from Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA in Painting from Mills College. In addition to painting, he has curated a number of shows over the years. Pest's work is in numerous public collections in California, Montana, Oregon, and Virginia, as well as private collections.
