1994 Wind Challenge Artist
Paul Sheehan earned a BFA in Photography from Rhode Island School of Design and an MFA in Photography from Tyler School of Art at Temple University. He was the Associate Director of Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts for many years before going back to school to earn his JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
