1991 Wind Challenge Artist
Todd Noe earned a BFA from Philadelphia College of Art where he studied in the Light Metals Department and an MFA from Rhode Island School of Design where he studied in the Jewelry and Light Metals Department. He has received awards from The Pew Charitable Trust, The Independence Foundation, The State of Rhode Island and The State of Maryland. Noe also started and owns the Noe Design Company and Maiden Steel, a modern steel door company.
