1990 Wind Challenge Artist
Gary Owen Pelkey earned an AA in Liberal Arts from Cape Cod Community College, an AAS in Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology, a BFA in Photographic Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology, and an MFA from Tyler School of Art at Temple University. Pelkey was the Director of Gallery 500 for 9 years and was also the Co-Founder and Director of the Owen Patrick Gallery.
