1988 Wind Challenge
Phillip Donovan earned a BFA in Painting from the University of Michigan, an MFA in Painting from Tyler School of Art at Temple University, and was a visiting artist at Staatlichen Akademie den Bildenen Kuntse in West Germany. He has shown his works in solo and group exhibitions throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Michigan.
