1987 Wind Challenge Artist
Peter Tong Xiao studied English at Bejing Normal University, earned a BA in English Literature from Coe College in Iowa, and an MFA in Painting from Tyler School of Art. Xiao has shown his works in exhibitions across the country and his current works "comment on history, the human condition and present reality of the pandemic."
