1987 Wind Challenge Artist
John Steele attended the New York Studio School where he studied sculpture and drawing. In 1985, he was awarded the Individual Fellowship through The New Jersey State Council on the Arts and Incentive Grants from the Johnson Atelier in 1984 and 1985.
