1983 Wind Challenge Artist
Yarrott Benz received a BA in Art History from Vanderbilt University and a BFA and MFA from the University of Pennsylvania studying with sculpture and painting. Over the course of his career, Benz has exhibited sculpture, painting, and photography in solo exhibitions in Italy, New York, Philadelphia, and Nashville. He also aught and chaired the departments of Vsual Art at both Friends Seminary in New York City and Sierra Canyon School in Los Angeles where he help to establish architecture programs.
