1981 Wind Challenge Artist
Sid Sachs pursued an undergraduate education at Tyler School of Art at Temple University and a graduate program at Rutgers University. For 25 years, Sachs served as the head curator at Rosenwald-Wolf Gallery and the Philadelphia Art Alliance at University of the Arts. He also taught classes in modern and contemporary art history while at University of the Arts and written numerous books.
