1980 Wind Challenge Artist
Frances story studied at both at Radcliffe College in Cambridge, MA and Tyler School of Art in PA. In 1984, Storey was awarded the 21st Biennial Exhibition Merit Award from University of Delaware and the Fine Art Photography Merit Award from Franklin and Marshall College in both 1985 and 1986. Her artwork uses photography as starting point to effect transformation.
